Kisi bhi aadat ko stop karna toh hamare khud ke haath mein hota hai, agar aap na chahate hue bhi smoke kar lete hain toh kahin na kahin aap is aadat ko seriously drop karna nahin chahte. Agar aap smoking seriously drop karna chahte hain toh aap yeh try kijiye ke small goals set kar len, decide ki aap aane vale 1 week smoke nahin karenge, once you have achieved that, decide for the next one week, aise small goals se agar aap serious hain toh aapki aadat choot jaayegi.
