I have been diagnosed with PCOD 5 months back. Doctor put me on metformin tablets and my periods got regular. Before a month the doctor told me that PCOD has been cured little because my weight has been reduced and periods got normal. She put me on metmin A tablets in morning and night and it afternoon mcbm 69 Folic acid tablets. I just have a doubt whether these tablets will help in pregnancy or prevent pregnancy in any form. Kindly help me out.

Absence of symptoms does not assure cure.. Take Sonography abdomen to know that for sure. As it is less likely that allopathic treatment will cure.
