Hi, I am suffering from tight anal sphincter tone. I cannot pass hard stool since sphincter tone is tight from past 5 months I am facing this issue. Recently I got fissures and I got cured it in ayurvedic medicine and I have not gone any surgery. But still I am facing stiffness in my anus and discomfort while walking and sitting. My doctor told no treatment for tight anal sphincter tone except surgery and he is not recommending surgery since my age is 23 years and lots of disadvantages of from Surgery. Please help me how to loose the sphincter tone without surgery.

Apply Sushruta oil and Sushruta ointment in anal passage and do manual dilation. This is the best way to relieve anal spasm.
