Dear sir, Can we use Himalayan pink salt in food items as substitute to common salt in daily routine and what are the benefits and disadvantages of it?

Pink salt does not contain iodine necessary for the metabolism of the body. I suggest you don't take that as a substitute of the common salt. However, you can take it ocassionally.
