Dear lybrateuser, - To keep fit & alert have a well balanced diet with more of fruits,vegetables, whole grains like whole wheat, brown rice, oats and quinoa instead of refined ones, protein rich foods such as eggs, lean meats, milk & milk product, tofu, soya products, beans, lentils, pulses, sprouts, nuts - add a protein rich food in each of your meals and also as a snack in-between meals - also do regular exercise like walking, jogging, swimming, cycling, pushups, pullups, crunches, squats, moderate weight lifting to keep fit - also check your blood hemoglobin, sugar, thyroid hormone level, vit d & b12 levels to rule out any other problem.
