I have been getting pain in my upper stomach so I have been taking zinetac and tums to make my stomach feel better but lately I am also tired. On very rare occasions when I have been eating spicy foods, I have had very dark, smelly stool, bad breath and extremely bloating. My doctor has placed me on prilosec.

Dear lybrateuser, - To feel fit & active have a well balanced diet with more of fruits, vegetables, bwhole grains instead of refined ones & protein rich foods -avoid fried, spicy & junk food for proper digestion - have plenty of oral fluids including 7-8 glasses of water for proper hydration and digestion - have 4-5 small meals including snacks rather than three large meals to provide you with continuous energy throughout the day - can take a vitamin supplement to boost energy levels.
