Hello, Thanks for the query. To control hypothyroidism and reduce symptoms of that disease you have to take Levothyroxine tablet in adequate dosage every day. TSH should be maintained around 3 to 4 mU/L, then only all the symptoms are in check. Plus diet has to be restricted and balanced one so that exact amount of calories are taken daily.
