HI, Tell me the benefits of doing kegel exercise. I am only 24 it is normal me to do kegel exercise?

Hi lybrate-user kegel's is one of the ways treating and strengthening "pelvic floor muscle dysfunction" it is a useful drill for females as it helps strengthen the pelvic floor muscles. Helps in: preventing in urinary incontinence prevents abrupt leakage during coughing, laughing etc. Helps in holding the other pelvic structures along with organs in place, contra-indicated in case of uti (urinary tract infection) should not be done any kind of burning sensation while urinating 'kegels" ex should be avoided. Age: any age person can start doing kegels dosage" 7hold 3 repeat (7h 3r) * 3 times a day.
