I drink a lot of water in day. I try to care for skin in every way possible but my skin doesn't show that glow and looks dull and dry. What should I do about it?

Just put some olive oil on a cotton pad and gently massage the oil onto your face to get rid of the makeup and dirt. Don't: Forget that exfoliation is indispensable. At least once or twice a week, exfoliate your skin to remove the layers of dead skin, sure to leave you with a more healthy glow and brighter skin.
You should use a glycolic acid containing facewash twice daily. Also use a moisturizer two times daily. Along with this you need to exercise atleast 30 minutes daily. You will get a good glow within 15 days. If you don't we can do chemical peels or laser toning to give your skin a radiant look.
