Hello- Masturbation does not affect kidney or stone, but some people notice their kidney stones and/or feel stone pain while masturbating. In men the testes and the kidneys start out as roughly the same organ, as a fetus grows and eventually a young boys testes drop, that nerve bundle that joined them is NEVER dis-associated. So all the components (testes, urethra, kidneys, ureter) are all part of the same nerve group. Which we wish they weren't because that means kidney stones make you feel like your getting wracked in the balls, and taking a hit to the balls radiates pain all the way up into the lower back. (Women share the same groupings sans testes) So man or woman if you have had or are having kidney stones, jerking and spasming around while your masturbating may move stones into a position to cause pain. The act of masturbation it's self (if done in moderation) doesn't cause ANY ill side effects physically.
