Atleast 7 to 8 hours of sound sleep is required to relax & repair- maintenance mechanism of body. Early sleeping habit is very useful as ayurveda advice to wake up early in the morning. 10 pm is ideal time to sleep & wake up around 6 am, so you will get sufficient sleep. Avoid day sleeping habit as it increases kapha dosha in body.
