My baby is 8 months old. I) How much water can I give to her? I am at present giving 60 ml juices twice. Or once juice and once buttermilk is it okay? Ii) What all foods can I introduce to my daughter. Iii) Mother milk is nil as my milk production stopped at 7th month and from starting also its very less inspite of many attempts. So can I introduce cow milk of some quantity? Iv) what all foods or liquids I can give to decrease my baby body heat? Please do help me with your valuable suggestions.
