Hello Doctor. When I go at my bed at night I feel suffocation in my bedroom. I have my balcony at my room which I keep it open At night. When I on my Air Condition then also I cannot feel good. I feel restlessness breathlessness. Scary feeling I feel like I should run away somewhere at open air oxygen. Please suggest me something help me out. Thank You.

Get your xray chest, cbcesr and PFT to assess lung condition. Get pulse oxymetry done to know oxygen saturation in resting condition. Also reduce weight as with this weight breathlessness will increae=se in lying position.
