Hi, I am 27 years old and in these days am often feeling hungry even if I had good lunch or dinner. Is this the sign of diabetes? please let me know.

Hi thanks for the query. Understand that the craving for foods is because your body has not received nutrition for a very long time. The longer the fasting gap between meals the more you will indulge. So, eat small and frequent meals in the day. This will help reduce hunger pangs. Don't crash your diet. Get good sleep and avoid unnecessary stress. Drink plenty of water. This will help reduce the craving for foods. Just eating two heavy meals will not help. Reduce your main meals and include low calorie foods like fruits, dairy, nuts etc as mid-meals. I am sure this will help you. If not then get your sugar and thyroid levels.
