I am 21 years old male. 1.5 months before I had mumps. Two weeks later I diagnosed with epididymis-orchitis in right testicle. After talking the medications pain reduced. But from last 2 weeks I'm feel like there is still lump on right testicle which was one of symptoms when I visited doctor. I find it when testicles are hard mostly while pooping and bathing. When they're loose I can't see it. Is it Cancer? Also I feel pain in right groin sometimes. Abdomen pain especially riding bicycle.
