My wife is running in her 3 month pregnancy. Earlier she used to take amisulpride 100 mg for anxiety. She has stopped post pregnancy but having frequent mood swing. How can we manage that.

Hello. Amisulpiride is an antipsychotic drug and not to be used as anti anxiety medicine. It is good that she has stopped it already. If the anxiety is overwhelming then she can be prescribed some pregnancy-safe anxiolytic medicines else she should try relaxation exercises. I would recommend that you get her assessed by a mental health professional for "mood swing" before asking for management. Best luck thanks.
