I have Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. I am currently taking Clonil 100 mg at night and Serlift 250 mg in the morning. The medicines have caused severe loss of erection and libido. Sexual desire is there but there is no proper and sustained erection.

The medications do cause erectile dysfunction, if OCD symptoms are reasonably controlled, you can discuss with your treating psychiatrist and medications reducing OCD symptoms, but at the same time not causing sexual side effects, much. Also combine cognitive behavioural therapy.

Dear Himayush, These drugs can cause erectile dysfunction. It is one of the side effects. You are only 21 yrs old. You may be single. Why don't you manage your OCD better with these drugs. Once drugs are stopped, your erection will be normal. It is reversible.
