Hello lybrate-user yes excessive stress causes various body symptoms likre difficulty in digesting food, gas, etc to reduce stress follow these 1. Do regular physical excercise and activities 2 eat small meals at frequent interval instead of eating everything together 3 do yoga, meditatiion 4 priortize your work, finish it on time.
