Shall I take Zycolchin 0.5 mg instead of Feburic 40 for gout attack. My Doctor prescribed Feburic 40, but it is not available in nearby pharmacy shop and only Zycolchin 0.5 mg is available. I have nephrotic Symptom and am already taking the following medicines. 1. Tab. Diamicron 60 mg each 1 for every morning & night 2. Tab. Thyronorm 25 mg each 1 for every morning 3. Tab. Gluconorm SR 500 mg each 1 for every morning & night 4. Tab. Atorday 10 mg each 1 for every night 5. Tab. Repace 50 mg each 2 for every morning & night.
