Doctor I had a nose congestion and coughing with phlegm sometimes white or green release from nose as well as from mouth. I also feel tiredness. And when I cough I get pain in my upper part of back under neck and also get pressure on my upper back and chest. Some weeks ago I do cbc test and widal test and it is normal.
