I have PCOS. What medicine and diet should I follow. My pre sugar level is normal i.e 99 but post is high 198. And Hb1Ac is 119.8. Which is within the range. Can PCOS lead to increase in level of sugar in body? Please suggest some medicine for PCOS .I took Krimson 35 for last 6 months. Last month I stopped the medicine and again there was irregular periods. So this month I have to take Krimson 35 Moreover I have panic anxiety disorder. So I am on psychiatric medicine already. Can this also lead to increase in sugar? Please suggest medicine for PCOS.
