1-3 mm light white spots on lower right hand. 8-9 relatively close! 2-3 such spots on left lower arm scattered. In right hand the skin near the spots is one skin low than the whole hand. I showed to a skin specialist he said post inflammatory hyperpigmentation because itch a lot.

White spot is hypopigmentation not hyper pigmentation, ithink its vitiligo or allergic derrrrmatitis if itching is there, need pic of affected part, so till can use these remedies Avoid scratching the affected skin. Preferably wear cotton and avoid wearing tight-fitting clothes. Ensure your diet does not contain usual allergy-producing stuff like peanuts, eggs, milk, cheese, fish, etc. Use a smooth, soft towel, and avoid rubbing. Avoid soap or use a mild soap, as it removes the acidic layers of the skin, which are essential for preventing infections. Use cold plain water in summer or take a warm bath during the winter season. To avoid dryness and itchy, apply neem oi ,lA paste of sesame oil, juice of arka and turmeric can be applied on the affected part.
