I had a c-sec in 2015 and while delivery they had to make another cut near urinary bladder to take out the baby, was on bed rest for long and was given a lot of medicine to stop blood flow. As a result I have a bulging belly. The whole body fat has now reduced except belly. What kind of diet or exercise should I follow?

Don't eat sugar and avoid sugar-sweetened drinks. Eating more protein is a great long-term strategy to reduce belly fat. Cut carbs from your diet. Eat foods rich in fiber, especially viscous fiber. Exercise is very effective at reducing belly fat.
