HIm I have painless lymph nodes on the right, left,back side of my neck and painful lymph nodes under my chin. I first noticed these swellings almost 2 months ago. I did an ultrasound scan and in the report it's written that there are multiple cervical lymph nodes that are infected but absence of abscess. Is it lymph node TB?
