I am 40 years old male. I have been taking epilex 200 for 20 years. Twice a day. But now considering its side effects on my liver and increased level of uric acid which was diagnosed earlier and reappeared lately, I have reduced my medicine intake to 1 time a day in morning. Now I am feeling lack of concentration ,energy and memory power. I am not able to focus on my work issues either. Dryness in mouth, down energy level and weakness. And I am getting more and more uninterested in taking any tensions. So is the reduction in dosage affordable for me and is there any substitutes to this medicine? Please reply.
