I have been suffering from ankylosing spondylitis since last 20 years. My neck, spine and hips all are stiff and painful. For AS I am taking sazo 1 g b.i.d. I cannot move my neck and hips freely. Unfortunately, my spine (D11-D12) broke in a physiotherapy center 3 years back while they were providing therapy. Now, it is healed but my spine became bent, so my posture is more stooped and very ugly. My height also reduced to 2-3 inches with scoliosis. Is there any chance to correct my posture to normal?
