I am having a problem of insomnia. I am unable to sleep whole night. I sleep at 4-5 am after laying in bed for 4 hours. And then I wake up at 11-12 pm as m unable to wake up fresh. Pls suggest me how to improve this. I feel lazy whole day because of this. Earlier I visit various doctors they suggest me some pills but I want to improve it naturally. Also m doing yoga and exercise from last 15 days but their is no such improvements. Pls suggest.

Kindly regulate your sleeping time. If you are sleeping at 4 AM till 12 noon then you have slept for 8 hours.
