I am 27 years old and am witnessing my hair turn white very steadily in last 12 months. Prior to this, I did not have any white hair and I know this for sure because I keep my hair very short and can see every single of my white hair ! What should I do ? Also, is their any other way (than dyeing) to make them black again considering my age. I live in the state of Uttar Pradesh near Delhi, regularly work out and have healthy food habits. Thanks !

Premature greying usually is hereditary or due to stress and vitamin deficiencies esp calcium pantothenate deficiency.. Food Rich in protein like soy, lentils, sprouts, meats, liver, eggs along with biotin and selenium rich food like carrots, salmon, sardines, nuts cauliflower induce good hair growth as well as prevent further premature greying. Green leafy vegetables, salads fruits are helpful too. You can apply Altris gel daily once and take NO GREY Tablets daily once for three months.
