You need to continue the medications (prescribed above) for atleast 3 months. U can check your iron/ vit b12 level. Greyx / q sera black lotion are usually prescribed for premature grey hair. Thanks.

Have plenty of milk and diary product which contains lot of calcium and alsonyou should have sandoz calcium tablet onendaily as a suplimentarybdiet lac of calcium causes osteoarthritis osteoporosis of bones. Have balanced diet of fat protein and carbohydrates. Have plenty of water by mouth.
