I am 23 year old. From past 2 months I feel my stomach is bulging and is getting hard. My stomach feels hard when I press on it (from abdomen to lower stomach). I got my periods last month. Also there's no such pain. Also a year ago I discovered there are fibroids in my uterus (subserosa fibroids), because of which I experience severe pain before periods.
