I done keto diet for 1.5 month and it's worked well for me Reduced 10 kilo, I stopped keto now went back to normal diet. But my sugar level is 200 mg/dl without eat anything in the morning, I eat very less after keto but I took carbs Is this a bad news .that I become diabetes because of this keto?
