I am 68 years old with height of 5 feet 8 inches. My weight is 90 kgs. I regularly exercise yoga for 25 minutes followed by physical exercise of 25 minutes then I go for a walk of 3.0 km. I am a retired person so there is no other physical activity activity. I take alcohol 4or 5 times in a month. I take vegetarian food. I am not able to reduce my weight. Except skin allergy & controlled blood pressure there is no other ailment. Please advice.
