Hi I am trying to loose weight, I have been working out for last 3 months I have lost only 3 kgs .Is garcinia cambogia extract safe for weight loss?

Do exercise daily. Take hot water whole day. Don't skip your Breakfast and meals. Have small and frequent meals. Take high protein diet and high fiber foods.
