Unless until its not painful don't disturb the removal site. Most probably it can be small bone fragment left inside the wound. If it doesn't pain but irritates tongue or other soft tissue causing ulcers then you can get it removed but its not so serious and it will not require another surgery. No need to worry for that.
If your canine roots are healthy, they can be retained for root supported overdentures after doing their rcts. If the canines are already failing and periodontaly weak, it's better to remove them early do that further bone loss doesn't occur and get implant supported dentures for long term comfort. Do exercise daily. Take hot water whole day. Don't skip your Breakfast and meals. Have small and frequent meals. Take high protein diet and high fiber foods.
