In the recent statistics we have seen a rise in the cases of cardia arrest in young people. The thought about this creates more anxiety. We heard cases where people go to the gym and suddenly collapsed. Is there a way to stop all this. Can somebody write a detailed answer on preventive ways. Please do not write one line answers. It is because of stress, change in food habits despite physical activity. Our dads and grand dads didn't do gym, just walked and and ate healthy food and slept 8 hours a day. The young adults today don't sleep for 8 hours and sleep deprivation negates the benefits of physical activity benefits and makes a person highly vulnerable for heart attack.
