Hi, I had sex with a prostitute last week. I don't know her hiv/std status. I used condom from start till end and believe it was not torn or slipped as she used extra lubricant. Vaginal intercourse went for 5 minutes and ejaculation was caught in condom which was removed after intercourse using tissue paper. Is there any chance of HIV transmission (let's consider her status as positive). I got rashes in my shoulder after two days of exposure (I use to get heat rashes frequently and this looks like same). No other symptoms but fear and anxiety still exists.

Dont worry . Treatment and Prevention: Move to a cooler, less humid place. Don't scratch your skin, or it could become infected. Keep the affected area dry. Don't use ointments or creams that keep your skin moist. You can put powder on the rash to feel more comfortable. Use a fan.
