What is best time best for breakfast, lunch,and dinner ,how many time eat in day normal human. Please suggest.

There no such ideal time for any meal. You should eat according to your regular habits. Keep in mind that you have to eat every 2 to 3 hrs to eradicate hunger and to keep your body healthy. Have at least 7 to 8 meals a day to gain weight.
