I was fallen from stairs on 2nd October and my right shoulder bone was dislocated and I was taken to nursing home and took into OT and my right shoulder bone was successfully set up but I am in rest now and with crept bandage, what should I eat and is it completely cure? If there is chance to dislocate again? Kindly suggest?

It would become alright after sometime. Go back for the follow-up and follow the suggestions. There is no special diet for that, you can eat a healthy diet ( home made food with lots of seasonal fruits and vegetables ). Take precautions and do not over-exert your shoulder joint which can create problems afterwards.
