Hi there, I walk and run nearly 8 to 10 km everyday. But I have knee pain. Sometime I feel that my knee will be break I feel very week from my knee joints. In normal life I do not have any issue. Please sugest me how I can make my joints strong and feel confident. Regards Maninder kumar.
