I am pregnant for two months with twins and my thyroid test is TSH 2.15 uIU/ml, T3 143 ng and T4 12.75 ug/dl. I am taking 25 mcg thyroxine tablets. Should I continue this or stop or any other dose.

Hi you must continue your thyroid tablet ,as the body weight increases with the pregnancy so dose adjustment may be required in future repeat your S.TSH in every 3 months. please always get freeT3 and freeT4 levels during pregnancy whenever required instead of total T3 and total T4 levels take care.
