I am suffering with asleep and anxiety and my mental feeling not good with it so please provide the treatment for it along with food diet for weight loss at present I am 88 kgs.

Hi, just go for exercise, walking, yoga, dance whatever you like and you are able to do, just relax your mind first. For diet, you have to follow a balanced diet, count your calories, do not eat outside or junk, avoid sugar and refined flour products. Add protein rich food and vegetables and fruits in your diet.
