I am 23 years old married after first baby delivery I had cardio myopathy for which I was treated and recovered well ,DR said to avoid next pregnancy in near future. Since then I had back pain from which I have being going almost to neurologist also but they also found nothing in mri. There is deficiency in vitamin D and iron level .please give me to get treatment.
