Try to evaluate situations positively and not overthink about personal or professional life. It might take a few months but can be treatable. Try maintaining a thought dairy and write about your worries and try to share it with someone close to look for positive ways for cope with it. Also try making regular exercise routine along with breathing exercises. For better management of the symptoms you can also consult a clinical psychologist.
