26 year old male who had acute anterior wall myocardial infraction, diagnosed with single vessel disease and severe LV dysfunction. The findings are as follows: LAD: Type 2, proximal 90% thrombus tandem lesion LCX: normal, anomalous origin from right Angioplasty was done and ORSIRO 4.0 * 26 mm stent was inserted. The tests conducted on the day of angioplasty revealed Glucose R -153 mg/dl Sodium 135 mmol/L Creatinine 0.9 mg/dl Urea 16 mg/dl RDW-14.2% TLC 12.59 RBC count 5.50 Haemoglobin 15.2 g/dl BP- 120/70 mm Hg Pulse 80/min It's been a month since the procedure. No complications yet. What impact does severe LV dysfunction has? Will it lead to heart failure? And also want some information about the LCX anomalous origin from right. Will it lead to any further problems? Will the person lead a full life span? Can he get married?
