Hi. I'm a 23/F. I have been diagnosed with depression and anxiety for long over 3 years now. After multiple drug combinations and CBT, I feel pretty good. I have stopped CBT 2 years ago. Only been on medication. Currently on sensival 25 mg 1-0-1. I suddenly stopped taking it the past week. And became irregular at it over the past month. What could be the consequences? I feel pretty good but a relapse frightens me. I'm tired of the sedation it puts me in. I want a way out. My doctor has been beyond helpful in bringing me where I am. But I just want another opinion. I'm currently down with Typhoid. I have a splitting headache today. Not sure what to attribute it to.

Depression is a deviation of normal thoughts not a disease. If you feel normal ,try to be happy. Do not indulge in the thoughts which are of no use. Think positive, and ALWAYS TRY LET'S GO.
