I am having too much back pain all the time. And i think its due to my work because from morning to night i have to sit only due to this, there is a pain in my back. Kindly tell me solution about this. I am very fed up with this. Even in night im not getting proper sleep due to this pain. Please suggest me what to do? My age is 23 only.

Please answer few questions below:- 1-From how long you are facing this problem? 2-Area of Pain (in terms of Upper/Middle or lower back)? 3-Intensity of pain? In terms of 1 to 10 (Consider 1 minimum and 10 max.) 4-Aggravating and Relieving factors? 5-Is your pain Localized or Radiating in lower limbs? 6-Effect of pain while lifting your leg while lying down on your back? (Lift one leg at a time from bed to 90 degree (if possible) and feel effect in back) 7-Your weight? 8-History of any past trauma/injury/Illness.?

Dear Dilip, first you be relax, keep all the tension worries a side. think about whole day work, you do you observation of your small activities. see in which positions you are having much pain? try to avoid that. Take some ergonomic advice. Keep one small pillow just beneath your buttocks, if your curvature of spine has changed, then you will get good relief. just do warm water pouring. Give maximum rest to your back muscle but dont avoid your activities of daily living. Just do with pace with slowness. Dont do forcely.
