I am 23 years of age, I recently had an oral thrush infection and after treating it with an alcoholic mouth wash I got dry lips suddenly I developed a red like sore on my tongue. I have not been settled for the past 2 weeks I don't know whether its stress causing all this. I still feel the inside of my lips are rough could I still have the oral thrush infection or is it the stress causing all this.

You need to see a dentist, for proper diagnosis and treatment. The cause for thrush, any underlying illness, proper clinical examination, your history, so proper screening is required for good treatment.

Visit a dentist every six months for cleaning and a thorough dental check-up. Limit sugary food to avoid tooth decay. Scrub gently to clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner .Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical. Strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Gargle your mouth thoroughly after every meal. Floss all your teeth inter dentally & brush twice daily, morning & night, up & down short vertical strokes, with ultra-soft bristles, indicator brush. Tooth brush to be changed every 2 months.
