Hi, I am female and 20 year old, I though I had pimples on my butt (but they are not pimples) they do not grow or go away or have puss in it, their are horrible black scars on the area and it does not even pain or anything. Its just their and I have it for three years now, I never did anything to get rid of it or neither even used any cream. Its on both the sides in kind of cluster boils who just stays their and create scars.
