I have diagnosed with bilateral endometriosis cyst and size of right ovary is 35�23 mm and left is 41� 26 mm can you tell me the size of cyst from this diagnosis in ultrasound and my other abdominal part are properly fine but I may having pain in lower left abdomen daily it started suddenly and stop in its own and I don't have any urine problem or bowel problem but sometimes I use to go for motion for more than. 3 times in a day but not daily I just want to know the size of cyst and reason of pain of cyst is small.

Size of cyst is not mentioned in this report. But size of ovary is more or less normal. Your endometrium is the lining of your uterus. Sometimes, this type of tissue can start to grow in other places like your fallopian tubes, bladder, and bowel. If that happens, doctors call it endometriosis. If the tissue gets to your ovaries, a cyst (lump) forms. That?s an endometrial cyst what r the other symptoms you r experiencing? Since when? U consult your gynaecologist who suggested ultrasound.
