I am a footballer while playing football my knee had twisted and I had heard a popping sound from inside my knee on two steps I put simultaneously. When I am consulted a physio he said that there is no ligament injury, but after 2 months when I am playing football I had a feeling of my knee is dislocating for a instant and a sudden pain comes for 10 second and knee will come back to normal position. This only happens when I am landing on my toes or just try to run on landing with my left leg. Actually what's happening inside my leg please let me know please.
